The Demonstration Garden

The Master Gardener Association maintains a Demonstration Garden at the Barnstable County Fairgrounds. Master Gardener volunteers gather each week during the growing season to plant and tend this garden for the benefit of the general public. The garden includes extensive vegetable plantings along with herbs, perennial flowers, and berry bushes. All produce is donated to local food banks.

The garden is open to the public during the Barnstable County Fair and the Harvest Festival.
