Join Us for Backyard Horticulture
Every winter we offer a course titled “Backyard Horticulture” to the general public. In the winter of 2022, we offered an in-person course at the Harwich Community Center and a virtual course via Zoom. All the presentations in both classes are typically given by experienced Master Gardeners and they cover a wide variety of topics. For example: Soil & Composting, Injury Prevention, Gardening for Pollinators, Herb Gardening, Seed Starting, Container Gardening, Pruning, Success with Vegetables, Native and Invasives, More Garden Less Lawn.
We have not decided on format for 2023 (in-person vs Zoom). Stay tuned for details in January.
